Piriformis syndrome, what-piriformis-syndrome? It is when the piriformis muscle gets compressed and can potentially trap the sciatic nerve.
A quick tip to stop this potentially happening is:
Don’t wear your wallet in your back pocket! This sub-condition of piriformis syndrome is called hip-pocket-wallet syndrome, and happens because a lot of people keep their wallet in their back pocket and sit on it.
Now.. imagine you back as house on stilts, you raise one/two of the stilts up with a breeze block… now anyone can see that can’t be good for it!
Just get into the habit of taking your wallet out of your back pocket and putting it in your front pocket instead and your foundations will thank you for it!
